Having structurally sound shipping trays is of utmost importance when transporting your vials, ampules and medical devices. For more than 70 years, Jay Packaging Group (JPG) has worked with leading brands like Fareva, 3M, Reed Lane and Pfizer to expedite processing and ensure reliable product delivery.

JPG’s design team collaborates with your engineers to develop the best tray solution for your application. All design work and sample making, including 3D design, is done in-house at our ISO 9001:2008-certified production facility.

Or you might need our engineers to develop a creative, custom tray to accommodate your unique product specifications. In either case, our thermoformed solutions are manufactured with the highest structural rigidity and impact resistance to ensure the safety of your valuable product. Keeping your product safe in transit is our priority.
